It must be very sad being Gail...Her husband will not even come to court to support her. She sits alone each time next to her attorney. He was subpoenaed and still didn't show up...
Do you think he just wants not part of this? Perhaps he is afraid to be tested psychologically...I wonder if Dr Erik Henricks is hiding anything????

I want to work to reform or create a bill that requires child custody cases be heard within a reasonable time frame. My husband (and I) have been struggling to get a child custody case heard that has been postponed for more than a year by the mother and allowed the judge all the time while my 15 year-old step son is being abuse, both emotionally and mentally in the home of his mother and step-father.
